An Easy Breathing Tool You Can Use to Reconnect to Your Body to Manifest Better
Today, I want to chat with you all about how to manifest your best life through your mind body connection.
This is the magic stuff here people. And it’s not talked about as much.
My story, as you can remember...I was disconnected. From everything. Especially my body. I was swimming in overwhelm, stress, exhaustion and anxiety. Fight or Flight baby. That was my jam. My poor body. I was in something called, Adrenal Fatigue.
I didn’t even know what that was. But, that’s where I was.
So, as I started doing this stuff...the spiritual work, the manifesting, the "inner work" as they call it, I began learning more about the mind body connection and how it actually helps you manifest better. ,
I just really felt connected and it was like my body was CALLING out to me to do this work.
This was obviously the inner work that I needed to do.
It needed to reconnect. To restart. To start the F over.
Here's the thing. When your body is connected properly to your mind, through mediation, through yoga, through breath work, through calming your nervous system down your system is working just as God designed it and it's all good.
This harmony allows for the magic to come in, in fact there is room for the magic to come in. No longer is your energy forced to work in overdrive to calm your system down.
It has space to do something else with it’s time. Like manifest your best life. And allows your dreams to come to you.
Let's think about this like an overheated car for a second. When your car gets overheated all the systems sort of shut down to allow your car to cool it self down. It allows your car to take a breath, cool down, chill out, and restart itself. All the systems are like, "nope we can’t do anything else until this car is cool."
So, obviously, that is what you want your car to do, thats what it’s designed to do.
But let's be real here. It’s not functioning at its best. It’s only supposed to do that for short times, not all the time.
When your body is connected to your mind and spirit in a healthy way (not me!), then you can take a deep happy breath. All is in alignment and in harmony, it’s like your car is running in its optimal form.
Everything is working properly, so now, your energy can do other things. Like manifesting a new job, your dream spouse, more money, success, and happiness into your life! The way your body is designed to do!
Your body is actually not designed to constantly regulate your nervous system. It trusts that you'll help do that. So that it can get along doing other magical manifesting things!
Good news! There are lots of ways to connect your mind to your body. What speaks to you? Naturally your body will tell you. Is it exercise? Running? Stretching? Swimming? Breathing? Mindful walks?
Personally, I love going for walks outside, hypnosis, meditation, breathwork, and doing yoga.
But I do know those all involve some time.
Today, I am going to teach you a super simple way to in any moment reconnect your mind and body connection to allow your nervous system to chill the F out, so that you can get busy manifesting your best and not spending all your time regulating your nervous system.
It’s called Vagal Breathing.
There is a lot to this. But for the sake of this blog post, please know that this breathing technique will actually activate the part of your brain (your vegus nerve) that will help your body chill the F out. It will release that hormone into your body. Thus, it regulates your nervous system for you. Naturally.
Isn't that amazing?!
I will go into much more depth about this in another post. But for now, let's head over to what you need to do!
Here how to practice a Vegan Breathing Technique
Close your eyes.
Breathe in through your nose for the count of 4
Breathe out of your mouth for the count of 8
Repeat this for about 2 minuites.
I want you to try this today. Do it. When you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed or over stimulated especially then.
Help teach your body that it’s safe and that you can chill out. That it doesn't need to be stressed. Overwhelmed. Or overstimulated. You can just be. It's okay. You are ok.
When you do this and practice this, you are showing your body that it can function better and that it can manifest your dreams because you are regulating your own nervous system.
This is the lesson that I had to learn. I had to understand that I can help my body when I was feeling overwhelmed and stressed beyond belief. I didn't have to wait for my body to stop overheating...I could do this myself.
And as a result, I've been able to manifest some incredible things into my life. Manifesting has become easier, but better yet, my life has become better.
It has been a game changer for me. And I truly believe it will be for you too.
