Your Spiritual Practice
Let's chat a minute about having a spiritual practice. Do you have one?
Does that sound heavy? And something that you immediately decide isn't for you? Well for a moment I would love for you to stay open with me here. Try to imagine for a moment that having this practice is easy to do. Fun. That you have more than enough time to do it, it will fit easily into your current life. However hectic it is currently. You do have time for this. And, it will help you.
You will feel happier. More joy, less stress, and more grateful just by doing it.
Doesn't that sound like a wonderful thing? Not heavy and serious at all, I promise.
For me having a spiritual practice daily has helped me transform my life. It has allowed me to connect with God. The Universe. Feel connected to Spirit. It has allowed my life to feel more magical and alive. I truly love it.
Which is really shocking because before I started on this surprising inner work journey I would have never thought myself to be a meditating, crystal, and chakra loving person. But, here we are.
I believe that being spiritual daily will help you manage your stress levels and ultimately will help you manifest your best life. And it is so super easy to do. Anybody can quickly and easily incorporate a quick practice into your day so that you too can live your best life.
Not pollyanna. Truth.
Having a daily spiritual practice is important not only for the psychical and emotional reasons I listed above. Because meditation and deep breathing does in fact calm your central nervous system in a way that modern humans struggle to do. There is a part of our central nervous system that is housed in our brain called the adrenal gland. It produces hormones that originally were apart of our flight or fight response. You know, a saber toothed tiger chasing after you. You'd need that gland to kick in and tell you to RUN. Now a days in our modern, technology riddled world, we are suffering from a different type of problem all together. Our adrenal glands are constantly turned on. We don't know how to turn them off. Our bodies are constantly in this flight or fight response. I am sure this doesn't come as any surprise. We are always connected to our phones. We get that serotonin hit every time we get a "like" on instagram. Because we can't shut this down, we are in adrenal fatigue.
What's that?
It's when your central nervous system has been in over drive for so long that it's simply stopped working.
Symptoms include tiredness, Difficulty concentrating, feelings of exhaustion overwhelm, excessive stress, trouble falling asleep at night, salt and sugar craving, and needing stimulants like caffeine to get through the day.
This was me. To a T. Before I found the world of manifestation, spirituality, and connection with the Universe. Everything overwhelmed me. Everything stressed me out. I was in a constant state of flight or fight. I was in survival.
That is why this is so important for me. Once I started doing this stuff. On the daily. It truly changed my life.
I found for me once I incorporated my own daily spiritual practice, it was a game changer. It helps me manage all levels of my life in a better way.
And what I love about this too is that it’s very easy to do, and very easy to incorporate today. You don’t have to wait for the perfect time. Just start today.
Not sure what to do? Let me help you. There are truly over 1 million different options for things you can try. So what may have worked for me might not work for you. And that’s OK. Just try different things until you find what works for you.
Remember it’s all about managing your stress level on the daily which will help you manifest everything you want.

3. Walking outside/ being in nature
4. Deep breathing/Breathwork Class
5. Hypnosis
6. Yoga
7. Mantras
8. Setting a daily intention through affirmations
9. Developing a daily gratitude practice
10. Prayer
11. Working with crystals
I mean. Really. The list is endless. All of the above I have tried with massive success. And you can too. I promise, this is easy.
When you begin your own daily spiritual practice, you are inviting God into your life to help you throughout the day. It’s a beautiful thing. It's like you are saying, Hi, Universe. I am having a hard day. Can you help me? Can you come hold my hand and show me the way?
Its such a beautiful, wonderful gift we have been given. And all you have to do is invite it in. Ask for that help. And start. And believe me. Once you start, you'll want to keep going. Deeper and deeper and deeper.
